Arrow 'Splash' Wave

Redrawing screencaps is so soothing, and even though I said I wasn't going to draw more Rowen sketches for BOS, I really needed this today. This is probably one of my favorite moments/screenshots from the anime (I think episode 27 or 28, when the guys split up to explore their armor powers). The progression from his intensely-concentrated face, though that ohemgeeadorable smirk to this laugh here is just. gah. (Not to mention that laugh in the sub--his Japanese VA is dreeeeeeeamy...)
